Ken is founder, owner and partner of Marlborough Showrooms. With over 30 years experience of the bed and furniture industry he can certainly be qualified in giving you his guidance and expertise when you choose to purchase a new bed or sofa. SUE HARNDEN
Owner, partner and wife to Ken, Sue has always been on hand to keep the business running efficiently. Born and bred in Deal, Sue is a familiar face to most and has seen the town grow and prosper. To offer such a business on its doorstop is a prized asset and one that Sue was a key part of establishing.
JOHN HANSON
John has been owner & partner of Marlborough Showrooms since 2006. You may have known him as ‘John from the Gas Board’ but most people in Deal will recognise his friendly face and banter! Offering a truly relaxed service and the most helpful delivery and installation of your purchase if required. John is only too keen to make the whole process simple and straight forward with no fuss.
SAM WATERHOUSE
Sam is daughter to Ken and Sue, and been with Marlborough Showrooms since the year 2000. Sam will serve you in the shop and is Sales Contact for all of the purchasing. With a good knowledge of the furniture trade she is a valued member of the team. Sam is also a swimming coach for Dover Lifeguard Club in her free time.
CAROL HANSON
Owner, partner and wife to John, everyones ‘auntie Carol’ joined the business in 2005. Carol also born and bred in Deal is experienced in customer service having always worked in retail. Since joining Marlborough Showrooms with John the business has grown and extended. “It’s good for Deal people to have such a choice and not have to venture out of town to buy a bed or sofa”

If the phone is ringing… Chico will howl and your call will be answered! He is also happy for you to stroke him when you are paying at the office desk.
